My career started around all EDI processing (XML, Ansi X12, EDIFACT, & Tradacoms) and SD functionality in SAP (IDocs, Pricing, Sales Orders, Credit Management, Interfaces, Customer Master, etc.) Being involved with EDI & SAP processing, I learned many other processes and functionality in all Lines Of Business. Kohler is a diverse company with many business units which have historically operated separately due to product differences. There have been many \"global\" and \"legal\" requirements to solution for SAP implementations. With my great amount of experience gained technically and across business processes, I moved to Sr Enterprise Architect role where I helped drive new technology, designs, standardization, simplification, best practices and governance globally. I was involved with setting policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment. I worked closely with change and project management through many years to evolve our better practices and drive continuous improvement. As Enterprise Architect, I concentrated on how to best support all the Kohler businesses in many different aspects researching new technology, driving best practice and designs, and supporting the technology landscape. My focus was the digital go to market space. I learned more on CRM and Websites specifically around the Salesforce.com/ecom landscapes focusing primarily on Sales. SFDC globally expanded to both service and sales involving several integrations. We are using a global instance of SFDC and have moved all of our business units on to the platform including Partner Community for our Kohler Signature stores. My position then changes to Integration Architect. I helped implement MuleSoft into the Kohler landscape and was key to driving the initial design and development for all of the integrations required in our digital space involving kohler.com, Salesforce, SAP, Websites as well as several other applications. Through this experience I was enhanced my knowledge of integrations, MuleSoft, the SFDC platform as well as the other technologies we needed to build the integrations with. Enriching all knowledge from a technical perspective with MuleSoft and other tools required have been key to success.I am currently in our Supply Chain Center of Excellence team focusing on driving efficiency, best practices, standards, designs, and overall project work around our SAP ERP system. We focus on platform capabilities and health as well as sound designs for project solutions. We expect continue improvement in our CoE processes as we build out further.

   When I started my role, we were going through the separation of our Energy business groups from Kohler. This was a major project which included a lot of data analysis and planning. My main responsibilities in the Supply Chain Operations Center of Excellence team is to drive global standards, designs, and efficiencies through all the projects that affect the order to cash processing. My main focus deals with our SAP ERP system. We are looking at next gen ERP systems and how best to make Kohler as productive and effective we can. We also assess the other Platforms and utilizing them to the best of their capabilities. Several platforms are dependent on each other around the ERP landscape, so it is key to ensure the health of those landscapes as well. Overall, we focus on the end customer and want to drive the best experiences for them throughout all Supply Chain processes.
