Starting as an intern with Hylant in 2011, I’ve advanced through multiple service roles by leveraging attention to detail, organizational excellence, and a passion for client success.In my current role as Enterprise Service Operations Leader, I oversee service operations across the enterprise, driving consistency, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. My focus is on empowering teams, optimizing processes, and aligning service delivery with strategic business objectives. I also collaborate on new business initiatives and onboarding, acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.I hold the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations, earned in 2016, and remain active in professional organizations including the Society of CPCU and The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.Looking ahead, I am passionate about transforming service operations through innovation, technology, and collaboration, creating scalable solutions that elevate client experience and strengthen organizational performance.
