Note: Clariti Health merged with HST Pathways in 2021 • Subject Matter Expert for Clariti products – Patient Estimation and Catalyst, understands and identifies software functionality to support client business objectives. • Manages 30+ Implementation projects for Clariti products working with ASCs, physician practices, hospitals, diagnostic facilities, and anesthesia clients. • Works with other HST Project Managers for implementing clients with HST One + Clariti. • Collects content from clients needed to build the database and provides to the resource team to build and load. • Helps coordinate software integrations between the clients scheduling system and Clariti. • Leads virtual training on Clariti software and provides follow up sessions until client is live. • Leads internal Clariti cross training for HST Project Managers. • Leads weekly implementation meeting to review current projects statuses and provides updates as needed. • Works closely with product development team to identify potential bugs/issues, product enhancements, enabling interfaces, etc. • Manage/escalate project issues and risks. • Uses Sales Force, JIRA, Microsoft products daily to help manage projects.
