ABOUT BRITTANY RICKARDS-WEBER

From the time that I started my first job, I knew that I would not feel professionally fulfilled until I made it into leadership. When I have the opportunity to take the lead on a meeting, project, or committee my adrenaline starts to rush; I get the satisfied feeling that I am doing what I love. I am currently a Release Train Engineer (RTE) supporting seventeen (17) workstreams, which gives me the perspective on how quickly the world of technology changes. The technology industry is one of the most innovative fields and allows me to solve real world problems. This is one reason I love working in the field; I can make a difference! Being a RTE gives me the ability to help continuously improve processes with my teams so that we have capacity to solve more issues. I feel honored that I have the chance to inspire my teams to solve more problems and get them to engage in an always changing environment.
