I know how vital a great People team is to a company’s success.During my time in People Operations, I was the first point of contact for the HR function. My most significant projects were partnering with leadership to create an awesome culture and employee experience. These projects included creating a seamless onboarding and offboarding process, planning the 2023 annual retreat, and assisting employees through benefit selections. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, where I can solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
