Miami-Fort Lauderdale, FL, US

As a Talent Development Manager at Princess Cruises—one of the world’s top luxury cruise lines—I support both shoreside and shipboard teams to strengthen leadership capability and enhance the employee experience for over team members across 70+ nationalities. I built the company’s first learning framework and created two global leadership programs, a soft skills program, and individual development plans to drive growth and readiness. I implemented an executive coaching program, launched sensitivity and stress management courses, and facilitated a Train-the-Trainer program to build facilitation capability across the fleet. Partnering with executives, shipboard officers, and HR Business Partners, I aligned development initiatives with workforce and guest experience goals. I also managed the intern program and supported a global team of 17 Learning and Development Managers across 17 ships.

ABOUT BRITTANY GREGORY

Creative, Relationship Builder, Uplifter and Motivator of People, Contributor to the Success of Others. I enjoy connecting people with resources necessary to accomplish their goals and interacting with individuals in a way that makes them feel valued. My enthusiasm for learning and love for engaging others has contributed to successfully creating and facilitating a three day leadership development program for new leaders. This training saved a company more than $20k in external consulting fees and prepared 50 leaders for new management positions, resulting in reduced turnover and improved business results. Additionally, as an advocate for company culture, I have assessed external leadership development programs and worked with vendors to align training content with business needs and culture. I\'ve also built out a mentoring program in which high potential mid level leaders were matched with executive level mentors. A few more interesting things about me: I do my most creative thinking in the morning or wee hours of the night. I love to actively seek out conversations with strangers, especially while traveling. Alongside my HR career, I work as a Travel Advisor through host agency Fora Travel, specializing in Caribbean travel planning, client support, itinerary coordination, and supplier partnerships.Specialties: Training, consulting, leadership development, talent management, FMLA, STD, vendor management, recruiting, human resources compliance, strategic human resources, pharmaceuticals, not-for-profit healthcare, hospital systems, tech, software, travel & leisure
