ABOUT BRITTANY LYTE

Brittany Lyte is an award-winning journalist based in Hawaii. Her writing appears in publications including The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, The Atlantic, CNN, Roads & Kingdoms, Al Jazeera America, FiveThirtyEight, San Francisco Chronicle and Honolulu Civil Beat. She has a degree in journalism from Boston University. Brittany has reported from Russia, Poland and across the U.S, interviewing subjects ranging from the Dalai Lama to Ghostface Killah of the Wu-Tang Clan.
