LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:When I first began my career and leadership journey, I was privileged to have professors and bosses who saw leadership potential in me and took the time to help me grow and develop my skills. Those amazing leaders who poured into my life inspired a passion within me for leadership development and training. Throughout my career, I have pursured opportunities to continually develop my own leadership skills and to train and develop others. PUBLIC SPEAKING:I absolutely love the rush of energy I feel when I have the opportunity to train groups of people. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to speak from many platforms. I have facilitated new hire orientation sessions for groups ranging from 5-20 associates and have conducted leadership training courses for groups of 30-40 associates. I have also taught membership classes to groups of 80-100 people and introduced speakers weekly to an audience of 600-700 people in my Coordinator role at Christ Fellowship. Each of these experiences has fueled my love for public speaking.
