While the approach I take varies depending on each person’s circumstances, I am strongly influenced by psychodynamic/psychoanalytic theories, mindfulness and contemplative practices and modalities, expressive arts therapies, trans-affirming Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), humanistic and multicultural feminist thought, somatics, and parts work (Internal Family Systems).
