I am a Senior Scientist with 10+ years of experience in microbiological testing, sterility assessments, cleanroom qualifications, and laboratory operations within hospital and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. My work supports patient care through accurate testing and validation of solutions and materials in regulated settings.I have supervised multiple lab personnel, including 4 direct reports and 10 Microbiologists, and played a major role in training over 10 new team members.
