ABOUT BRITTANY WADE

I am an education strategist, researcher, and lifelong learner who believes innovation in education is only as powerful as the systems that sustain it. Over the past 18 years, I have worked across classrooms, districts, higher education, and EdTech, helping leaders design professional learning ecosystems that connect vision to measurable outcomes. At Ed Farm, I led the organization’s first micro-credentialing initiative and helped scale a professional learning platform that reached more than 500 educators and learners. That experience shaped my belief that lasting change depends on coherence, capacity, and shared design. My areas of practice include: • Competency-based professional learning and micro-credential systems • Curriculum design, assessment strategy, and instructional coherence • AI integration and hybrid professional learning communities • Program evaluation, data dashboards, and strategic planning As a doctoral researcher at Auburn University, my work focuses on teacher micro-credential policy and program evaluation frameworks. This research directly informs how I help education leaders build scalable, evidence-based systems that expand opportunity and sustain innovation. I work with districts, nonprofits, and EdTech partners who want to bridge vision and implementation. My goal is to help teams design professional learning systems that expand capacity, demonstrate measurable outcomes, and create lasting impact.
