Oversee the generation of immunogen and positive control for ADA at CROs.• Independently develop ADA testing methods and transfer to CROs to support qualification/validation of methods according to the regulatory guidance.• Manage CROs for implementing ADA assays for testing samples from non-clinical and clinical studies.• Review study protocols, manage critical reagent lots, and monitor GLP sample testing.• Develop analytical assays to quantitate oligonucleotides in biological matrices to understand absorption, metabolism, distribution, and excretion (ADME) of drug candidates.• As subject matter expert in analytical assays, help CROs in troubleshooting any potential issues.• Design and develop biomarker assays to support identification of PD and potential clinical safety biomarkers in collaboration with toxicologist.
