   My role as Senior Trainer with RNL has evolved over the years, allowing me to work within many areas of talent and professional development. Currently, I am responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating, and leading live training programs; an ongoing professional Mentor Program among RNL’s largest band of employees, Engagement Center Managers, and bi-annual Apprentice Training Programs (fall and spring) among undergraduates in their final year of academia. These programs are instrumental in identifying, training, and selecting future talent within the organization. In addition to my work with professional development, mentoring, online education, and training curriculums, I have also developed and implemented training assessments following the Kirkpatrick Model aimed at both group and individualized skill needs covering a variety of topics. I also establish an analysis of the assessment results for stakeholder buy-in and program updates.I am responsible for ongoing maintenance, updates, and organization of RNLs Learning Management System, RNL University. This includes the HTML coding, backend organization people and materials, employee account set-up and course and score tracking. Assisting with this task is my certification in Articulate, an instructional design program for e-learning training, which has allowed me the opportunity to design and produce several online courses for RNL employees including Federal Compliance Training courses.Having gained extensive knowledge of RNLs processes, personnel, and products, I share, with my Talent Development teammates, the responsibility of creating and maintaining an array of training materials, guides, instructional tutorials, videos, etc. using a handful of multimedia formats.I also have the privilege of providing ongoing training, mentorship, and professional guidance to a variety of employees through a combination of site visits (U.S. and Canada) and/or multimedia communication platforms.
