About Brittany W.
I have decided to take the leap and look and explore a career change in something that has been a passion for me since I was younger: Computers and helping others understand more about them. I currently have my Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, and as part of the program I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networks and software and OS. I am excited to further pursue the program and sharpen and grow my passion for computers! I have always been fascinated with my love for technology. I would do everything from playing with toy computers when I was very young to taking apart and looking inside a computer tower to discover all the parts that make up such an amazing machine. My curiosity stayed with me as I pursued and got my AA in Biology where I utilized critical and analytical thinking skills. I have had experience as a Donor Services Representative, sharpening both my customer service and active listening skills. I now work as a Laboratory Technician II where I have further homed in on my analytical thinking and organization skills. I also have extensive experience in customer service, and I take pride in making sure all my customers leave happy and have all their questions answered. I am excited to explore the world of tech. I would love to connect with other individuals in the IT sphere and learn from their experiences. I am confident in my ability to learn new things and my curiosity to learn and would be an amazing asset to your team.
