With over 20 years of experience in organizational development, and public service and more recently my work as a licensed financial educator with World System Builder, I specialize in building high-performing teams, encouraging cultural transformation, and guiding individuals and families toward financial independence. The financial literacy services offered are at no cost, and I have a strong desire to partner with organizations to ensure we are supporting youth as the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the tools to secure a brighter future.My academic foundation, including a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Management, provides a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. Additionally, my Associate’s in Health Care Administration enhances my ability to manage complex systems effectively.Previously, as Senior Director at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, I led the Employment and Training Services Department, driving talent development, effective grants management, and operational success.
