Dopple is a 3D and AR visualization startup and software provider offering services that include 3D visualization, 3D configuration, and Augmented Reality that seamlessly integrates with e-commerce platforms and content management systems. Our mission is to bring products to bring your best in class products to life-Built new delivery process from project scoping through project delivery and successfully launched first live 5 clients with the delivery model for Dopple launch -Responsible for the success and delivery of Augmented Reality, 3D product visualization, and 3D product configurator projects -Planned and executed client engagements including kickoffs, discovery, cadence calls, demonstrations, testing events, training events, and go-live milestones -Directed UX and UI design of new demonstration 3D product configurations with AR to serve as sales and learning tools for the market -Developed client facing materials to be used during the implementation process, including templates to standardize implementation practice, deliverables, and client data intake -Worked with Implementation Managers to align customer delivery to an internal continuous delivery model-Collaborated with Product Managers to ensure client commitments are aligned to product capabilities, driving towards zero customization and minimal product development roadmap impact -Collaborated on feature creation including AR, product animation, custom environment settings -Created community content to support e-commerce integrations for Shopify and Magento on Dopple Knowledge base -Supported POC and sales opportunities via education, scoping, SOW creation, and cost estimation -Structured backlog and ongoing pipeline for external e-commerce agency development partners
