Work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. Integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. Effectively managing internal and external clients and candidates, providing great communication skills, ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and contributing to building a great organization of talented individuals. Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with Recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel and reimbursement for visiting candidates. Member of Connections Pillar Team to analyze findings from focus groups to either start, stop, and continue existing mechanisms to support employee experience. Auditing candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Tracking recruiting activities with manager and providing candidate status in a weekly report. Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling. efficiency with a constantly changing hiring process. Assisted other teams outside of my alignment to meet hiring goals and managing different processes and procedures for each team simultaneously. Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Contribute to best hiring practices and on-site interviews for prospective candidates. Meeting all measurable KPIs with 100% goal for candidate surveys, scheduling within our 2 & 5 promise, BRIT Pairing, Head and Tail success rate, and Fair Skies program all with high scheduling volume. Communicating with stakeholders to find last minute interviewers on a moments notice for candidate on-site interviews.
