ABOUT BRITTANY KERN

Hi! I have the pleasure of serving as the Organizational Development Specialist with Bayhealth, central Delaware\'s largest not-for-profit hospital system. I have over ten years of experience working in corporate training and leadership development, in the education, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. I am passionate about employee engagement and retention, as well as a strong advocate for work-life balance. I believe an employee\'s experience is driven not only by how well they are prepared for their roles, but also by how they are valued by their leadership. I am a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and certified trainer in Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue and Crucial Conversations for Accountability. My top five Strengths are: Empathy, Intellection, Achiever, Relator, and Arranger (but I claim my top 13 as dominant talents!). I am also proud be a member of Bayhealth\'s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council since its inception in 2020.In my home life, I enjoy baking, reading, exploring, and photography, and spending time with my husband, my rambunctious, beautiful son and daughter, and our two cats.
