Manage board administration including preparing reports for various purposes such aspayroll and expenses as well as responding to administrative needs of the Board Chair/ViceChair including calendar management, attendance tracking and drafting of correspondence.• Manage conflict of interest disclosures including tracking disclosures and assisting withredacting materials as necessary.• Manage and execute annual operational processes including conflict of interest andcompliance attestations, Board and Committee self-assessment processes and skills matrixfor Board and Committee members.• Manage enterprise-wide communications for staff about the Board including meetingschedules, templates and resources.• Maintain Board member appointment records, terms, and contact lists and coordinateonboarding processes and retirement activities.• Support the development and planning of education programs and retreats for Boardsand Committees.• Maintain online resources for the Board and Committees.• Support the Board and Committee Specialist with the Board and Committee meetingsincluding ensuring an appropriate format for Board and committee meeting documents,posting materials to the Board portal website in accordance with required timelines,ensuring Board records are managed appropriately and decisions of the Board orCommittees are communicated appropriately.• Support the Corporate Secretary in the preparation of materials for Board andCommittee meetings.• Support the management and implementation of OILC by-laws and policies to ensurethey align with legislative requirements, reflect leading governance practices and areprovided to required stakeholders in accordance with legislation.• Collaborate with relevant staff to implement governance modernization changes thatimpact the Board (i.e. by-law amendments, compensation, process and policy changes,etc.).• Provide assistance to the Board Chair, Committee Chairs, Specialist as needed

Graduate of TMU\'s Image Arts: Photography Studies program. I have demonstrated experience in the public, private and creative sectors. Extensive knowledge in customer service, operations, administration, internal and external public communications, and procurement. I am also passionate about creating a more inclusive workplace, through leading IO’s first Mental Health Employee Resource Group, and then the Rainbow Alliance Employee Resource Group on 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.
