As the Alumni Engagement Coordinator for the Winthrop Alumni Association, I work directly with current students, alumni and community members to fulfill the mission of the university. From class reunion volunteers to alumni chapter leaders there is a wide scope of volunteer management. Assisting with the coordination of events for class reunions and regional alumni chapter events allow me to directly work with alumni and assist them with their goals as alumni volunteers. Winthrop\'s Legacy Program is a new growing program that honors students who\'s parents, grandparents or siblings who attended Winthrop. Honoring and assisting legacy students who chose to continue the Winthrop tradition in their family is one of the most rewarding pieces of my job.
