Internal Communications• Supports the work of the internal communications team, working directly with the director and communications manager to develop relationships across the Foundation.• Leads moments of significance program, engaging with and amplifying the voices of employee affinity groups and/or other special interest groups.• Leads communications for the Disaster Response Group, an internal workgroup that responds to natural and humanitarian disasters in the U.S.• Gathers and edits content from across the Foundation for a weekly internal newsletter and tracks analytics.• Writes and reviews articles for the internal employee blog, highlighting special moments of recognition as well as important updates from a variety of teams.• Supports implementation of new internal digital platform.Sports Culture Research & Narrative Change• Leads a team of researchers to explore sports fan openness to conversations about structural racism and health.• Develops strategy, oversees budget, manages contracts and grants, and provides updates to Foundation leadership.• Speaks to potential partners and the public about RWJF\'s narrative strategy.Internal Culture • Chair of RWJF\'s Solidarity Council, which represents leadership of all affinity groups. Works with director of Equity & Culture to develop standard processes, ideate on engagement, and build collaboration across groups. • Participates in the Truth, Repair, & Transformation internal culture workgroup.
