Serve as the primary Sr. HR Business Partner for 455+ employees across the Medical Collections and Early Out departments, advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and workforce issues across the full employee lifecycle. Partner closely with Operations leadership to develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives, supporting culture transformation and reducing voluntary turnover within the business line. Act as a strategic advisor by developing and presenting a market-competitive compensation proposal, collaborating cross-functionally to align pay practices with business goals and budget realities. Partner with Compliance to revise and update the Employee Handbook, ensuring alignment with current policies, legal requirements, and operational practices. Lead and facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding experiences to support early engagement, clarity, and productivity. Leverage UKG Pro (UltiPro) and UKG Workforce Management to manage HRIS, payroll oversight, reporting; proactively follow up with leaders to resolve discrepancies. Drive continuous improvement through HR projects focused on streamlining corrective action processes, attendance management, and employee relations workflows, improving consistency, efficiency, and manager accountability.
