Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of company-wide Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition initiatives.Manage the successful implementation of a self-funded medical and dental plan, including vendor selection, cost modeling, compliance oversight, and employee communication strategies.Oversee the deployment of a new benefits administration software platform, partnering with IT and HR stakeholders to streamline enrollment, automate workflows, and improve data accuracy.Evaluate and manage medical captive exposure, including risk assessment, financial implications, and coordination with captive advisors and brokers.Ensure all Total Rewards programs comply with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other applicable standards.Partner with Finance, HR leadership, and external consultants to forecast benefit costs, analyze plan performance, and identify cost-containment opportunities.Develop and deliver employee communications and training to improve understanding and engagement with benefit offerings.Lead annual open enrollment planning, execution, and post-enrollment analysis.Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators, maintaining strong relationships and service excellence.Utilize data and market benchmarking to recommend enhancements that support talent attraction, retention, and overall employee experience.

I’m a Total Rewards Supervisor with a strong background in benefits, compensation, payroll, and finance, along with a passion for creating programs that support both employees and business performance.Over the past 3+ years in total rewards, I’ve independently led the transition to a self-funded medical, dental, and short-term disability plan, onboarded a new benefits broker, implemented a benefits administration platform, negotiated plan changes, managed open enrollment, and ensured compliance across payroll and benefits.
