About Brittany Jurcak

Hi! I\'m Brittany. I\'m an online nutrition and fitness coach, business mentor, taco lover, and EDM enthusiast. I graduated James Madison University with a Bachelor\'s in Finance. I got my first job in the corporate world, but left quickly after I realized I had to pursue my passion for helping others through health and fitness. I started working at Orange Theory Fitness as a group instructor where I became the head coach. After doing that for a year and a half, I launched my own business, EatFitBrit Nutrition and Fitness for personal training and nutrition coaching. I loved being able to work with clients one on one because I knew I could make more impact that way. In 2020, I was laid off due to the pandemic. Unsure what to do next, I knew that I had to bet on myself. So I went all in on my business and rebranded to EFB Coaching, which is my 1:1 customized online nutrition and fitness business. Which brings me to the present: Austin, TX! I currently reside here with my boyfriend, Kyle, and my dog, Bella. We moved in 2021 from Northern Virginia because we wanted to live somewhere warm and experience a new environment. We are so lucky that we were able to make that happen, which is all thanks to the online coaching business that I turned into a sustainable, scalable business. I\'ve helped hundreds of men and women all over the country change their mindset around food, develop sustainable habits, and achieve the body of their dreams, without having to give up any of the foods they love.
