I’m a health & benefits professional with experience helping employers design and sustain benefits that truly support their people, while driving measurable outcomes for organizations.I began my career at Mercer Health & Benefits, supporting enterprise and jumbo clients through short- and long-term benefits strategy, carrier negotiations and renewals all while earning my Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation during one of the most disruptive periods in modern healthcare. That experience gave me a strong foundation in benefits plan design and compliance, while also giving me a front row view of the real-world impact these strategies have on employees. It was here that I discovered my passion for improving healthcare access, closing gaps in care, and building benefits programs that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.Currently, I’m part of a high-growth digital health company where I\'m directly contributing to scalable processes that will help us service a growing and diverse population of clients and members, while also being a strategic partner for our clients, often turning complex clients into long-term champions. Most recently, I\'m laying the groundwork for Maven\'s first ever Renewals function while leading complex client renewals during a period of rapid scale.My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the health & benefits industry and focused on building thoughtful, sustainable partnerships and strategies that improve outcomes for both organizations and their employees.
