I work with a team of clinical, financial, data, technology, and operational professionals to develop bundled payment models, an innovative strategy in addressing the climbing costs of healthcare. Through the lessons of mandatory CMS models, industry trends, and PSW\'s extensive experience, we are building programs to 1. contribute to the financial stability of health systems and individual practices 2. contain costs for self-funded employers and other payers 3. improve patient outcomes. I coordinate our teams to ensure successful progression of our initiatives, promote compliance with regulatory requirements, build stakeholder engagement, facilitate education among teams and partners, and develop go-to-market strategies.
