ABOUT BRITTANY GRECO
As a Principal at Foundation Academies, I lead and coach a team of educators who are committed to providing high-quality instruction and support to students in Trenton, NJ. I oversee the budgeting, curriculum, and professional development of the school, and foster strong relationships with parents and community partners. I have over six years of experience in educational leadership, having served as an Instructional Dean and a K-4 Principal Fellow at Uncommon Schools, a network of high-performing charter schools. In these roles, I improved teacher performance and student achievement year-to-year, and helped our team outperform other schools and districts in both Math and Literacy. I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence and equity in education, and I am pursuing a post-graduate program in educational leadership at Lamar University to further enhance my skills and knowledge.
