I am a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, public education funding, and strategic advocacy at the state level. My expertise spans operations, development, strategic planning, and organizational growth, helping mission-driven teams expand their impact while staying true to their core values.My career includes serving as a nonprofit Executive Director, Director of Governmental Affairs, and Director of Alternative Funding for a large public school district, as well as serving as Vice President of Operations for a growing for-profit coaching and leadership development organization. This diverse background gives me a unique perspective on the intersection of philanthropy, education policy, financial management, private sector engagement, and community partnerships.I have led large-scale operational initiatives, raised tens of millions for philanthropic organizations, facilitated state-level education advocacy, advised organizations on building high-performing, values-driven teams, and guided strategic growth across multiple sectors.
