I am President, CEO, and General Counsel of Canada\'s oldest and largest structured settlement brokerage, a specialized financial and legal services firm. In addition to my role heading the executive team, I lead the Legal department in advising the company and its external clients on legal matters. I ensure McKellar meets its multinational regulatory and compliance requirements. I am responsible for McKellar\'s government relations initiatives and manage outside consultants in government outreach. I assist with litigation, corporate governance, IP, employment law and HR matters.
