I identify, ideate, develop, implement, and measure strategic initiatives, programs, and projects within Circular Economy & Sustainability for Braskem. I collaborate with and support many different departments and functions of the organization to ensure sustainability and circular economy principles are fully integrated into our operations and not just \"bolted on\". I partner with key stakeholders and help teams throughout the organization maximize adoption and impact of our sustainable development strategy. In addition to internal engagement (building, deploying and managing programs and projects), I also develop and manage partnerships with external industry and non-governmental organizations to represent Braskem and use collective action to drive systemic, positive change for all.
