Brittany Chan, M.Sc, User Experience Researcher, BCBA Brittany is a User Experience Researcher who is interested in learning about the user and how they interact with a product, their spoken and unspoken needs to be fulfilled, and making the overall experience more enjoyable and lovable. Using behavior analysis she identifies functions of user behaviors and brings insights on how products can be improved based off of function, motivation, and reinforcement. She has experience in creating personas, conducting interviews, affinity mapping, card sorting, usability testing, as well as other methodologies. Brittany is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University in 2017, and her Masters of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Kent in 2018. Her thesis,\"An Evaluation on the Social Validity of the Aberrant Behavior Checklist\" was published in 2019. She has provided educational services in a variety of environments including group homes, public/non-public schools, community settings, clinics, and private homes since 2015. Having twin cousins with Autism, Brittany personally understands the impact of Autism on a family\'s life, as well as the importance of receiving quality services. She is passionate about improving the quality of life of her clients and their family\'s lives through individualized scientifically-based interventions and compassion.
