About Brittany Carr
My career has evolved from frontline clinician to systems-level clinical data strategist.I began as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, working directly with patients across acute, post-acute, and community settings. Over time, I became increasingly focused on a larger question: how do we reduce variation and improve outcomes at scale — not just one patient at a time? That question led me into clinical operations, digital health, and ultimately into Clinical Data-as-a-Service (CDaaS) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).Today, I work at the intersection of clinical care delivery and real-world evidence generation — helping transform everyday surgical workflows into structured, longitudinal data that drives measurable improvement. Rather than approaching healthcare through isolated research or retrospective analysis, I am committed to embedding measurement, transparency, and iterative learning directly into live clinical environments. My work centers on:• Clinical site engagement and operational alignment• Real-world data capture within routine care• Variation analysis across surgeons, sites, and patient subgroups• Designing feedback loops that support continuous improvement• Bridging clinical teams and industry partners through trusted, neutral data infrastructureI believe the future of healthcare lies in learning systems — where improvement is continuous, data is contextual, and innovation emerges from collaboration between clinicians, patients, and partners.
