I’m a communications professional who loves turning complex ideas into stories that connect, inspire, and move people to action. My career started in the fast-paced world of TV news, where I spent a decade producing top-rated newscasts, chasing clarity under pressure, and learning the art of storytelling that truly resonates. Even though I’ve transitioned beyond journalism, those roots still guide everything I do: curiosity, accuracy, humanity, and delivering with impact. Today, I bring that same energy to strategic communication, digital content, and public relations. I enjoy building thoughtful communication strategies, strengthening brand narratives, and designing creative campaigns that make organizations feel seen and understood. Outside of my professional work, I’m proud to serve as the Deputy Director of Mija, Yes You Can, a nonprofit I helped build from the ground up. We support and uplift women and young girls in their academic and professional paths, a mission that fuels me both personally and professionally.I’m also currently earning my Master’s in Strategic Communication and Innovation at Texas Tech University, where I’m deepening my expertise in digital strategy, communication theory, and the evolving ways people connect. At my core, I’m driven by purpose, people, and the power of a well-told story. I love collaborating with mission-driven teams, exploring new ideas, and creating meaningful, memorable work.
