ABOUT BRITTANY BLOCKMAN

I am a nationally recognized leader in integrative pediatrics, focused on advancing a more precise, personalized, and effective model of child health—from preconception through young adulthood.My work centers on children, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD, autism, and chronic, complex conditions—where conventional care alone often falls short—while also emphasizing upstream, preventive approaches that support lifelong health and resilience. I practice an evidence-informed model that integrates conventional pediatrics with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, and mind-body strategies to identify root contributors and optimize long-term outcomes.I am the Founder and Medical Director of MotherWit Integrative Medicine, a pediatric consultation practice dedicated to elevating children’s health through science-backed integrative care. The practice provides consultative services in Boise, Idaho and via telehealth across Idaho, Oregon, and California, supporting children, teens, young adults, and prenatal families seeking a comprehensive, whole-child approach.With over a decade of clinical experience and thousands of patient visits, my work prioritizes lifelong wellness over temporary fixes. Families often describe this approach as a deeply personalized partnership that evolves alongside each child’s needs.Previously, I served as Founding Medical Director of Pediatric Integrative & Lifestyle Medicine at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital and as faculty at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, where I developed clinical programs for pediatric chronic illness and neurodevelopmental conditions.I am also the Founder and Director of Communitas Health, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting youth with chronic illness through evidence-based mind-body and resilience-building programs designed to improve measurable health outcomes.In addition to clinical care, I advise healthcare organizations and consumer health companies on clinical strategy, product development, and evidence-based content, including collaborations with Lovevery and Happy Family Organics.I am a frequent invited speaker for medical conferences, hospital systems, and professional audiences.My work is dedicated to redefining pediatric care—toward more proactive, integrative, and effective approaches that support lifelong health.From preconception to young adulthood—optimizing lifelong health.
