ABOUT BRITTANY BILOUS-MORRISON

With over 15 years of experience in education, I am passionate about providing high-quality and personalized learning opportunities for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. As the Business Owner of Palm Beach Scholastic Consultants, I offer educational consulting services to schools, families, and organizations, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals. As the Director of Human Resources at The Weiss School, I oversee the recruitment, retention, and development of the staff, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. Previously, I served as the Head of Upper School at the same school, where I led the curriculum design, instruction, and assessment of the grades 6-8, as well as the implementation of innovative and engaging programs and initiatives. I have a Master\'s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Bachelor\'s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Florida Atlantic University. I have also developed skills in staff development, educational consulting, and communication, which I use to collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver effective and customized solutions. My mission is to empower educators and students to reach their full potential and to foster a culture of excellence and diversity in education.
