About Brittany Allen

More than 20 years of experience in the building code industry with over nine years of managerial experience. Master’s degree in Public Administration from Southern Utah University and graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s from the University of Utah. Currently serving as Treasurer for the Utah Chapter of and Region XI of ICC. I provide plan review services to many jurisdictions throughout the Western United States and hold several ICC certifications. I\'m also the administrator for BCS Elite, an online, on-demand building code academy for ICC exam preparation and ICC preferred provider CEUs.
