Attract top talent for high touch leadership positions -Recruit professionals for our Medical Foundation-Acts as a strategic and collaborative partner with leaders at all levels of the organization-Assesses, evaluates and considers the organizational and functional business requirements related to talent, based on stakeholder needs-Analyze data to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for areas of assignment-Researches, creates and implements creative sourcing strategies to generate a pool of qualified candidates for open positions-Requires on-going assessment of sourcing strategy and modifies as necessary to achieve desired outcome. This includes a demonstrated knowledge of assessing relevant data to support the staffing model-Heavily involved in social media for recruitment (TextRecruit, iCims, LinkedIn)-Proactively manages the communications, expectations, reporting requirements and metrics for HR Leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization
