The message framework that could be taken in a totally different way than intended. And, who are the actual people we group together and call an audience.At Digitas, account planning aims to close the gaps in understanding we see and feel in healthcare communication. Like when your doctor is saying a lot, and also nothing at all. My team I take client branding and challenges, take that into research, and see what we can improve - helping doctors and patients communicate more effectively, seeing how patients are informed of diagnoses, how they describe their quality of life. We\'re trying to move the needle from both ends.My background is in strategic communications and dispute resolution, holding a Masters of International Affairs, a fellowship in Global Public Policy, concentration in Human Rights, Humanitarian Aid and Refugees, and a Bachelors in Communication Arts and Sciences, minor in Political Science. I have B1 proficiency in French, and A1 in German and Spanish.My past roles span strategic consulting and international relations; New York agency life and the United Nations Migration Agency. In undergrad, I started Haitian nonprofit for children\'s education and community sustainability with a small team of dedicated, smart folks. As a research assistant, I coded doctor behaviors in 2 communication studs, and edited for a book on political satire and nonviolent activism.
