Communication becomes really interesting when organizations start to change. and people want to understand what that means for their everyday work.That’s where I usually work: in internal communication, helping organizations explain themselves and making complex change understandable.My background combines marketing, corporate and internal communication. Over the years I’ve worked in different communication contexts within Deutsche Telekom: starting in direct marketing, moving into internal communication at congstar, and later working in global HR communication and large-scale organizational transformation.Coming from a marketing and CRM perspective has also shaped how I approach communication: starting from the audience, focusing on clarity and impact, and connecting communication with how organizations actually work.What I enjoy most:building communication formats and structures that help organizations share knowledge and create dialogue.
