Establish and refine processes and procedures within department and facility while developing standards that are both operationally sound and responsive to the needs of a diverse client base. Lead strategic projects and play a critical role in stakeholder management, people development to include performance management, while acting as an agent of change. Able to foster client relationships, maintain poise and executive presence under pressure, think innovatively when solving problems, and able to demonstrate the ability to lead a diverse team of people in a matrixed environment.
