I define market problems through comprehensive research, using these insights to shape roadmap priorities and guide content innovation.Analyze federal, state, and local funding sources to inform development decisions and collaborate daily with content leads to ensure every solution meets true market needs. I own the buyer persona strategy and leverage performance data to develop business cases for expansion into new markets.Conduct pricing and competitive benchmarking to refine our subscription models and strengthen our value propositions across subjects such as ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, and 21st Century Skills.
