I graduated Cum Laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in June 2025 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Real Estate Finance and minoring in Real Property Development. That same week, I began my internship with Kimco Realty, where I supported budgeting and forecasting, performed data audits, assisted with tenant communications, and managed marketing content to support leasing goals.In 2024, I interned with Vista Pacific Group based in Bellevue in the leasing and acquisitions department, where I gained hands-on experience drafting proposals, assisting with property showings, and learning how CC & Rs and due diligence impact negotiations and long-term property value.Through these academic and professional experiences, I have built skills in real estate financial analysis, financial modeling, property development, and client communications. I am passionate about connecting financial decision making with strategic property management and excited to continue building a career that creates long-term value in the real estate industry.
