ABOUT BRITTA SCHOLTEN

Learning makes you successful - as people and companies. As an experienced further education expert, trainer and coach, I develop people and organizations to make them successful in a rapidly changing, agile environment. I see myself as an ambassador for an innovative learning culture that makes learning inviting and effective and thus not only meets the needs of learners but is also economical and cost-effective. Focus topics: Innovative learning formats - moving away from traditional face-to-face training as a stand-alone solution towards sustainable learning processes. One example: together with my team, I have transformed the onboarding program into a blended learning offering that combines more than just face-to-face and online training, thereby reducing training time and increasing quality. We have also successfully initiated formats that allow subject matter experts to share their knowledge with colleagues easily and professionally (e.g. learning hackathons). Coaching - moving away from the problem, towards the solution. As a solution-oriented coach, I accompany people especially in change management, e.g. when introducing new strategies or new work methods, but also in topics round leadership and communication. I enjoy working with individuals or entire teams to optimize work- and self-organization. Leadership development - moving away from rigid development programs and towards individual and demand-oriented offers, which are available quickly and flexibly and thus provide managers with helpful answers to current questions. One successful example is the offer for managers that combines a digital library with curated content for self-learning, moderated workshops on current topics and individual coaching to work on specific issues. Personnel development/organizational development - moving away from rigid and hierarchical cultures and towards self-organizing teams that develop their path to success together within the framework of a convincingly communicated strategy and corporate culture. Workplace-related methods such as stand-ups, retrospectives or micro-learning units complement proven formats such as competence frameworks. I am interested in new tasks and projects, and would be happy to discuss cooperation ideas with a focus on Learning & Development | Training | Coaching | Personnel development. Convinced of the working-out-loud approach, I am also interested in exchanging ideas with people who want to learn together and to make a difference.
