About Britta Coultas
Strategy has always driven me—whether competing in the pool or solving problems in the classroom. I am a first-year student at Bucknell University’s Freeman College of Management, exploring Management with interests in Finance and Marketing, focusing on how branding, data, and strategic decision-making drive results.As a Strategic Brand Design Intern for Freeman College of Management, I support the development of branded marketing materials and communications used for college events, programming, and outreach. I also serve as Vice President of Bucknell’s Consulting Group, where I help coordinate operations and contribute to consulting initiatives that provide strategic recommendations to organizations. Outside the classroom, I compete as a Division I women’s water polo student-athlete in the NCAA, balancing academics with a 20+ hour weekly training schedule. The experience has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.I’m interested in opportunities in consulting, brand strategy, and financial analysis, and I’m always open to connecting with professionals in these spaces.
