Her career spans diverse industries, corporate banking, accessibility, and cyber security.Notably, she spent several years at Silicon Valley Bank, progressing through various positions from client service, manager of the global card services team, to financial crimes officer, where her cyber security curiosity began. At 3Play Media, she refined her customer success skills, advancing from onboarding specialist to senior customer success manager. Currently, at Black Kite, she leverages her expertise in Third Party Risk Management to ensure client satisfaction and success.
