Discuss with healthcare professionals to gather necessary information or clarify discrepancies in records. Ensure that patient care is within standard protocols and regulatory requirements. Identify any potential patient safety concerns and take corrective actions as necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all reviews and case outcomes.

Currently, in the nursing realm since 2005 with variety of roles including forensics, education, acute and clinical patient care and as a Case Manager/Utilization Review, Neurology Coordinator, Multiple Sclerosis Specialist, Director of Nursing, and Chief Nursing Officer. I graduated with my Master of Science, in Nursing-Health Care Systems Management. I have had two jobs for most of my career. Currently, I am studying for certification for Accredited Case Manager (ACM) through the American Case Management Association (ACMA) testing in March 2026.
