I lead high-impact training programs for Southwest Airlines Pilots, bringing together instructional design, operational knowledge, and creative strategy to improve how we train and communicate. From building OPS Day to developing the Pilot Continuing Qualification programs each year, my focus is on creating training that is practical, relevant, and aligned with the realities Pilots face every day.I manage complex projects that require collaboration across departments, turning real-world events and data into learning opportunities. I stay ahead of changes in the industry and technology, always looking for ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our programs.With a background in media production, I bring a storytelling approach to training. I write and produce content that simplifies technical concepts, supports key safety messages, and keeps Pilots engaged. Whether it\'s a direct-to-camera script or a video reenactment of a critical event, the goal is always to create meaningful learning that makes a difference in the operation.I studied Communication at Texas A&M and lead through Strengths in both Relationship Building and Execution. I thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and seeing things through to the finish line. At the end of the day, I’m focused on creating training that’s not just informative, but truly effective for the Pilots we serve.
