I am responsible for creating new strategic relationships with businesses in our markets that support TDECU’s strategy and growth initiatives. I Build brand awareness and foster collaboration between business leaders and TDECU to deepen relationships and create long term value for the organization. My Responsibilities include- Identifying major strategic relationship opportunities. Leverage existing relationships to identify and cultivate new business opportunities- Execute strategic sales goals to achieve assigned production and growth objectives based upon goals set forth by leadership- Create opportunities to highlight compatible solutions for strategic partners based upon their needs and lifestyle stages- Bring value to key decision makers by asking qualifying profile questions to determine appropriate solutions for their teams- Collaborate with other TDECU lines of business to develop strategic partnership referral sources based upon member interactions- Design, build and deliver custom presentations for Employer Partners- Develop strong relationships across lines of businesses within TDECU and has a strong knowledge base of TDECU product offerings.
