As a UCA staff instructor, I work with teams of various skill levels, working alongside coaches to create routines, performances, and more. I strive to create a connection with every athlete I work with to ensure they know how valued they are outside of cheerleading. I also have the opportunity to collaborate with my Co-workers to ensure that our material is as accurate as possible. I also write evaluations for teams, focusing on building up the team while also giving proper critiques. I also attempt to make very camp as fun as possible! keeping high energy and a team spirit throughout a 12 hour day.
