I began my journey in the Colorado medical marijuana industry back in 2011 as a trimmer, driven by curiosity and a desire to make an impact. From those early days, I worked my way up, gaining hands-on experience in the grow before taking on a new role as General Manager of a medical dispensary after vertical integration was implemented. I led that location for five years, guiding the team through transformative changes and discovering my passion for building strong, cohesive teams. In my next chapter, I transitioned into production, where I started in distribution and worked my way up to Production Manager and, eventually, Production Director. Throughout my 9.5 years with the same company, I had the unique privilege of seeing our operations evolve, from scaling production to introducing new products. These years were filled with some of my best memories—marked by professional growth, mentorship, and leadership that transformed me as much as it transformed the teams I worked with. Now, in Arizona’s rapidly growing cannabis market, I’ve embraced the startup environment with enthusiasm. I’ve built and led a production team from the ground up, successfully launching 30+ SKUs and tackling new challenges with resilience and adaptability. R&D has become an area of true passion for me—bringing new products from concept to shelf is both a privilege and a continuous learning experience. My mission is to continue contributing to the industry with integrity, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to team building and product excellence. I’m excited for what lies ahead and am always open to connecting with like-minded professionals who are passionate about the evolving cannabis landscape.
